David A. Williams

David A. Williams is currently the Privacy and Data Governance Counsel at Applied Materials, Inc. They previously worked as an attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where they focused on eDiscovery, Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation. Prior to that, David served as a Privacy Law Clerk at LinkedIn, assisting with GDPR compliance efforts and privacy policy development. David also gained experience as a Legal Intern at New Relic, contributing to international privacy law compliance and licensing agreements. They are currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Santa Clara University School of Law while completing a Bachelor of Arts in History and Creative Writing at the University of Arizona.
