Deepayan Chakraborti, PhD, MBA, is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Strategy, Marketing, and Business Operations Leader at Applied Materials. They have previously held key roles at Lam Research and Intel Corporation, where they led teams in the development of next-generation semiconductor processes and technologies. Deepayan completed graduate research assistantships at UC Santa Barbara and North Carolina State University, focusing on optoelectronic devices and spintronic applications, respectively, and is pursuing an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley.
