Fei Gao

Fei Gao is a Senior Product Engineering Manager at Applied Materials, specializing in conductor etch for advanced memory technology, including 3D NAND and DRAM, since August 2017. Responsibilities include enhancing memory customer fab productivity through tool start-up, chamber matching, and improving production performance metrics. Prior roles at Applied Materials include Process Engineer IV, III Senior, and III. Fei Gao served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware from September 2011 to May 2017, focusing on chemical and electrical passivation of silicon surfaces, and received the Dyer Award for excellence in teaching as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
