Feng Liu

Feng Liu is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Applied Materials, where they focus on semiconductor integration process development and chemical formulations. They have a strong background in CMP, wet etch, CVD, and ALD processes, with extensive experience in transferring products into production. Previously, Feng worked at Alta Devices as a Senior MTS, where they developed high-efficiency thin film solar cell processes. They also served as a scientist at Honeywell, specializing in low k dielectric materials. Feng holds a degree in Chemistry from Nankai University and attended UC Berkeley.
