Fred Fishburn

Fred Fishburn is a collaborative and hands-on Senior Technical Director with 35 years of experience in developing DRAM process and device technology. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Applied Materials, they focus on extending planar DRAM technology and identifying key processes for 3D memory. Fishburn has an extensive patent portfolio exceeding 100 patents, and they have held various engineering roles across notable companies including Honeywell, Texas Instruments, and Micron Technology, where they contributed to significant advancements in semiconductor processes.
