Heather Bailey has a diverse academic and professional background in the fields of chemistry and engineering. Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Oregon University in 2012 and subsequently obtained a Doctor of Philosophy from Stanford University in 2018. During time at Stanford, Bailey served as both a Graduate Research Assistant and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Prior experience includes mentoring in organic chemistry and conducting undergraduate research at Southern Oregon University, along with a role as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the National Parks and Wildlife Service. Since July 2018, Bailey has been employed as a Systems Engineer at Applied Materials.
