James Chang serves as the Regional Director for Automation Products at Applied Materials since May 2011, overseeing product and project service deployment in Taiwan and providing technical support to high-value customer issues. Prior roles at Applied Materials include Sales Director and Deputy Sales Director, focusing on automation solutions for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and semiconductor industries in both Taiwan and Greater China. Prior to joining Applied Materials, James Chang worked at IBM from 2004 to 2010, where responsibilities included selling integrated business solutions to banking and manufacturing customers in Taiwan. James Chang holds an Executive MBA from National Tsing Hua University and a B.S. in Information Management from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology.
