James Hardaway

James Hardaway, M.B.A., is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in both military and operations management. They served as a Fleet Interactive Display Equipment Instructor and Nuclear Engineering Instructor at the Trident Training Facility, and later held senior roles at Applied Materials, including Senior Operations Manager and currently Senior Manager of Commodity Business Management. Their tenure at CesiumAstro as Director of Manufacturing Operations involved establishing a new product line and overseeing a $2M supply chain. James holds an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas and advanced degrees in Engineering Management and Project Management.
