John O'Shea

John O'Shea is the Director of Immersive Technologies at Applied Materials, where they lead the Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Center of Excellence. Previously, O'Shea held various roles at Applied Materials, including Instructional Designer, Strategic Program Manager, and Global Product Marketing Manager, where they developed training programs and managed strategic initiatives. With experience spanning customer engineering roles at Intel Corporation and Siemens, O'Shea possesses a strong background in semiconductor equipment and software support. They earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Cork Institute of Technology and Munster Technological University.
