Joseph Shepard

Joseph Shepard is a Process Development Engineer with extensive experience in semiconductor technologies. They have held roles at companies including IBM, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and Applied Materials, where they managed teams focused on advanced CMOS applications and integrated gate dielectric development. Joseph earned a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Materials Science and Engineering, along with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and Syracuse University, respectively. Currently, they serve as a Process Development Manager/Process Development Engineer at Applied Materials.
