Jungeun Ahn

Jungeun (Liz) Ahn is currently the Senior Manager of the Global Rewards Center of Excellence at Applied Materials in Korea, where they lead a team focused on developing compensation and benefits strategies for the APAC region. With an extensive background in HR, they previously held roles such as Senior Consultant at Mercer, where they managed compensation surveys for over 450 companies, and Senior HR Consultant at Aon, leading reward analytics projects for multinational firms. Jungeun has also served as HR Assistant Manager at Pantos Logistics and gained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from the University of Warwick. Ahn is a certified SPHR in the US and an associate member of CIPD in the UK.
