Kip Cushman

Kip Cushman has a diverse background in the construction and engineering sectors, with experience spanning from May 2011 to the present. Initial work as a Fence Builder at Buett's Fence involved learning safety practices and building various types of fences. In 2014, Kip transitioned to Weigman Concrete as a Concrete Worker, focusing on the repair of residential and commercial buildings. From May 2015 to March 2020, Kip served as a CMP Equipment Technician at IM Flash, maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical robots and machines, and later advanced to a CMP Senior Technician role at Micron Technology from March 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included team development and safety management. Since May 2022, Kip has held dual roles as a Customer Service Engineer and CVD Customer Engineer at Applied Materials. Kip holds an Associate's Degree in Electromechanical Instrumentation and Maintenance Technologies from Idaho State University.
