Li Xie

Li Xie is an experienced Senior Staff Process Engineer with a strong background in the semiconductor industry, specializing in etch processes. Over the past decade, Li has worked on significant projects involving logic, 3D NAND, and DRAM process development. Currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Applied Materials, Li focuses on plasma etch and productivity support for key clients, including Intel and customers in China. Li holds a Ph.D. in High Precision High Resolution system design from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, along with a master's and bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Xi'an University of Technology.
