Lihua Wu

Lihua Wu is a Process Engineer at Applied Materials with a strong background in semiconductors, energy materials, and quantum materials. With ten years of experience in preparing and characterizing semiconducting materials and devices, Lihua has developed expertise in nano-fabrication techniques, including electron-beam lithography and thin-layer stacking. They have contributed to over 25 publications and patents, achieving more than 1100 citations. Lihua previously served as a Research Associate at the University of Washington and has held various positions in prestigious institutions, including the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics and Shanghai University. Lihua holds a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
