Liqi Wu is currently the Director, Process Engineer DMTS at Applied Materials, where they oversee the integration of hardware design, process technology, and material properties in semiconductor manufacturing. They have extensive experience in advanced thin film development and novel semiconductor applications, having previously worked as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Novellus Systems and as an Electronics Engineer at both the Institute of Plasma Physics and Philips Lighting Electronics. Liqi holds a Ph.D. in Nanoscale Science and Engineering from the University at Albany, SUNY, and a Master's degree in Plasma Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
