Longchao Chen is an experienced lithography engineer with a strong background in materials physics and optics. From August 2012 to September 2017, Longchao worked at ASML as a Senior Lithography Engineer, focusing on illumination, projection, and dose control while overseeing the ZEISS precise optics sub-system for the TWINSCAN customer install base. Since September 2017, Longchao has served as the Lithography Engineering Manager at 应用材料公司, managing the lithography product TPS engineering team and acting as the site lead for ELS tool new product integration at customer sites, while also being the chief representative for global lithography product tech support. Longchao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Physics from 西北工业大学 and a Master’s degree in Optics from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
