Lori Washington

Lori Washington is the Director of Process Engineering at Applied Materials, specializing in process and product development, customer management, and team building. Previously, they served as a Senior Member of Technical Staff and Director of MOCVD Development at Alta Devices, and held several roles at Applied Materials, including Technology Manager, Applications Lab Manager, and Process Engineer. Lori's educational background includes a BS and MS in Materials Science from Stanford University and ongoing studies at Monte Vista. With extensive experience in CVD processing, they have made significant contributions in silicon, SiGe, selective SiGe, and AlInGaN technologies.
