Luca Larcher

Luca Larcher is a Professor of Electronics at the Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia, where they teach electronic design and semiconductor technology courses for Master's and PhD students. Prior to this role, they served as an Associate Professor at the same university from 2001 to 2017, focusing on various research interests, including nanoelectronic memory devices and RF CMOS power amplifiers. Currently, Luca is also the Managing Director at Applied Materials since 2019. Luca holds a PhD in Information Technology from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and a Laurea degree from the Università degli Studi di Padova.
