Meng Jia

Meng Jia is a Senior Product Engineer at Applied Materials since June 2021, previously holding the position of Product Engineer. Prior to this role, Meng served as a Graduate Student Tutor and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware from July 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in various scientific disciplines, and conducting research on plasmonic metal/semiconductor nano-heterostructures. Meng also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, administering lab sessions and advising a large number of students on course material and research opportunities. Meng holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Delaware, a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from Jilin University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Dalian Jiaotong University.
