Michael Bishop

Michael Bishop is the Vice President of Litigation at Applied Materials, where they lead a global team focused on commercial litigation, government enforcement matters, and internal investigations. With over 20 years of experience, Michael previously served as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and as Global Chief Litigation Counsel at GE Aerospace. They began their legal career after earning a BA in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and a JD from The George Washington University Law School. Michael has also held positions at prominent law firms, including Steptoe & Johnson LLP and Thompson Hine LLP, as well as in-house roles at GE and GE Aviation.
