Michael Bouchard

Mike Bouchard is a Continuous Improvement Expert and Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over twenty-five years of experience in business process design, project management, and quality improvement. Currently, they serve as a Continuous Improvement Manager in Global Quality at Applied Materials, where they analyze business processes and lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Mike has held significant roles, including Manager of Business Performance Improvement at Robert Half International and Continuous Improvement Manager at Cisco Systems, driving multimillion-dollar savings through process enhancements. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from California State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from California State University, San Jose. Moreover, Mike is an active Director on the board for the American Society of Quality (ASQ), East Bay Section.
