Michael Coughlin has extensive experience in product management and technical support within the semiconductor and materials industries. Currently serving as a Product Line Manager at Applied Materials since June 2015, Michael previously held senior roles including Sr. Commodity Business Manager/Supplier Development Manager. Before rejoining Applied Materials, Michael worked at West Coast Quartz as the Director of Global Product Support, where responsibilities included enhancing product quality using six sigma methodologies. Earlier roles at Brooks Instrument involved managing technical product support, while a lengthy career at Applied Materials encompassed various positions from Global Product Business Manager to Sr. Quality Engineer. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
