Michael Mabee

Michael Mabee is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Applied Materials since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held a Mechanical R&D Engineering Intern position at Boston Scientific, where responsibilities included designing an internal support structure for an Implantable Pulse Generator, performing tolerance analysis, and prototyping. Michael also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Lam Research, focusing on sensor mounts in high vacuum environments and redesigning a service cart to reduce production costs. Additional experience includes project management at Blocka Construction Inc. and bike design and assembly with Cal Poly Bike Builders. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and continues studies at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
