Michael Wulff Pedersen is a global HR executive with over 20 years of experience in international organizations, primarily in the Life Sciences and High Tech industries. They currently serve as Managing Director and HR Business Partner for EMEA at Applied Materials, supporting 5,000 colleagues across various business streams. Michael has previously held significant HR roles at Coloplast, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Sandoz, where they established HR operations in emerging markets and drove strategic HR initiatives. Educated at Copenhagen Business School and Henley Management College, they possess a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics and Human Resources Management, respectively, along with an MBA. Michael has lived abroad for 10 years across Munich, Singapore, and Hamburg, enhancing their intercultural expertise.
