Michelle Phua has over 22 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, focusing on CIM and fab information integration, automation, and productivity improvement. Starting as an engineer in 1998, Michelle rose to the position of Head of Manufacturing and achieved significant milestones, including leading a team to record performance metrics in 2017. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Applied Materials since 2022, Michelle also co-founded Innowave Tech, where they engage with industry players to deliver innovative automation solutions. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, completed in 1998.
