Neta Caspi is a seasoned software architect with over two decades of experience in software development and team leadership. Currently at Applied Materials since February 2002, Neta has held multiple roles including backend software engineer, software development manager, and team lead, actively engaging in project management and agile methodologies. Prior experience includes leading a server-side team at WanWay Technologies and developing a 3D CAD game at Tiltan. Neta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Economics from Tel Aviv University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Open University of Israel, and an MSc in Machine Learning and Data Science from Reichman University.
