Niranjan Kumar

Niranjan Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product marketing and management within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for 3D IC TSV/WLP Technology in the Silicon Systems Group at Applied Materials since January 2011, Niranjan Kumar focuses on driving the success and implementation of these products while facilitating industry collaboration. Previous roles at Applied Materials include Product Marketing Manager and Global Product Manager, where responsibilities included managing copper barrier/seed and TSV/WLP products and introducing new metallization solutions to key customers in Japan. Niranjan Kumar began his career as a Process Engineer at Applied Materials South East Asia Pvt. Ltd. Niranjan Kumar holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and has completed certificate coursework in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.
