Peter Olbrich

Peter Olbrich has been a Solutions Architect at Applied Materials since 2021, specializing in roll-to-roll equipment. Prior to this role, Peter served as Global Product Manager from 2014, focusing on flexible barrier packaging coatings using electron beam technology. Peter began their career as a Project Manager and Head of the Vacuum Roll Coating Department at Spezialpapierfabrik Oberschmitten GmbH and Kopafilm Elektrofolien GmbH from 1995 to 2000. They hold a Dipl. Ing. (FH) in General Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Giessen, which they completed in 1994.
