Qiang Ma is an experienced engineer with a specialization in process engineering and materials science. Qiang Ma began the career as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Riverside, where a PhD was obtained in Surface Science and related fields, leading to the development of advanced atomic layer deposition techniques. Qiang Ma's professional journey continued as an Assistant Specialist at UC Riverside, followed by a role as a Process Engineer at Nanosys, focusing on the growth of silicon wires for battery materials. Subsequent experience at Lam Research involved significant contributions to process development for 3D NAND technologies, achieving high throughput processes and substantial customer engagement. Currently, as a Staff Process/Product Engineer at Applied Materials, Qiang Ma addresses defect issues and optimizes production processes for various semiconductor technologies, demonstrating a strong record of improving manufacturing efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.
