Randell Wingate

Randell Wingate is an accomplished senior leader with over 30 years of experience in high-level security, operational strategy, and leadership within military and law enforcement sectors. Recently retiring from the military as the Command Sergeant Major of the 19th Special Forces Group, Randell was responsible for the group's operational effectiveness and risk mitigation strategies. Previously, Randell served as Captain in the Oakland Police Department, where they led the Special Operations Division and managed multi-million-dollar budgets while ensuring public safety during large-scale events. Randell holds a master's degree in public safety from the University of San Diego and continues to apply their extensive expertise in leadership and operational security in current roles. Throughout their career, Randell has earned numerous awards and certifications, reflecting their commitment to excellence in service.
