Robert Tallon is currently a Field Service Operations Site Manager at Applied Materials, where they leverage AI-driven manufacturing and semiconductor process optimization. Previously, they served as a Senior Research and Development Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation, directing R&D engineering programs that led to over $100M in innovations and significant improvements in defect detection. Robert has held various engineering leadership roles, including Director of Process Engineering and Quality, where they oversaw a large team focused on yield optimization and quality, achieving notable defect reductions. They are currently pursuing a degree at Dublin City University.
