Ryan Pierson

Ryan Pierson, CPA, is the Vice President of Global Tax at Applied Materials, where they oversee a global tax department of over 20 professionals across 30+ countries. They began their career as a Tax Intern and progressed to various roles at Grant Thornton LLP and EY before taking on leadership positions at Dana Incorporated, culminating in their current role. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Accounting with a specialization in Taxation from Michigan State University, where they also completed their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
