Sharan P. holds a B.S.M.E in Systems and Design from The University of Texas at Austin. They have extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having served as a Program Manager and General Manager at various companies such as Semitech and UCT. Sharan is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Prosci Advanced Change Management Instructor, and they have managed numerous large-scale projects both nationally and internationally.
