Stanley Hsu

Stanley Hsu, P.E., is a highly skilled mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor and glass manufacturing industries. Currently a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Applied Materials since September 2022, Stanley focuses on developing innovative semiconductor tools for advanced technology nodes. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Development Engineer at Corning Incorporated, where Stanley designed critical components such as an air blowing module to reduce contamination in glass, a Flow Diverter for airflow management, and an Edge Cleaning Module, while conducting thorough research and validation of removal mechanisms for submicron particles. Earlier roles include managing multiple capital construction projects at Formosa Plastics and interning in mechanical design at Corning's Asia region. Stanley holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree from Feng Chia University, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
