Stephen Gustafson

Stephen Gustafson is a business, manufacturing operations, and quality executive, currently serving as the Vice President, Logistics at Applied Materials. With a strong background in quality systems management, global supply-chain logistics, and Lean Thinking / Six-Sigma principles, they have successfully led teams and directed engineering programs in both public and private sectors. Previously, Stephen held various leadership positions at Applied Materials and Intevac, including Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations & Aftermarket Quality. They also serve as a Commanding Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, focusing on the NAVWAR Reserve Program for Unmanned Systems Southeast. Stephen earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from San Jose State University.
