Stephen Krause

Stephen Krause has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry and product management, currently serving as General Manager and Managing Director for Implant Products at Applied Materials since June 2012. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions at Varian Semiconductor from June 2002 to June 2012, including Program Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, and Engineering Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal at FrameWork Media from 1999 to 2002 and Mechanical Engineer at Varian Semiconductor from January 1996 to December 1999, as well as Systems Engineer at Electric Boat/General Dynamics from 1994 to 1996. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
