Stephen Rivas

Stephen Rivas, MBA, PMP, is a Technical Program / Project Manager at Applied Materials, where they focus on managing projects in the semiconductor sector. Previously, Stephen held roles as a Manufacturing Engineer and Engineer Technician II at Applied Materials, gaining experience in lean manufacturing and complex troubleshooting. Their early career included positions as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Richard Industrial Group and a Continuous Improvement Intern at VT San Antonio Aerospace, where they developed critical engineering skills. Stephen also contributed to innovative medical research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Medical Design Innovations Lab. They are currently pursuing further education at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
