Steve Billings is a seasoned operations and service management professional with extensive experience across various industries, including semiconductor and medical devices. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Applied Materials since August 2020, Steve is responsible for directing a team of Customer Engineers, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction while managing revenue and employee morale.
