한선영 Sunyoung Hahn

한선영 Sunyoung Hahn is currently the HR Talent & Organization Development Manager at Applied Materials, leading HRD strategy for Korea and Japan. With a strong background in organizational development, they have experience in talent management and leadership development from previous roles at Oracle as an Organizational Development Senior Consultant and at Dale Carnegie Training as a Trainer/Sales Manager. They earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from 고려대학교, where they focused on resilience and job satisfaction, and hold a Bachelor's degree in History Education from Korea University. Hahn actively promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as a DEI Lead and Women’s Network board member.
