Susannah Prater

Susannah Prater is an experienced Staff Process Engineer Leader in the high-tech semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Module Process Engineer V at Applied Materials. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Austin Peay State University, Susannah is skilled in various areas including Etch FEOL process recipe modification and Continuous Improvement, and holds a certificate in Nanotechnology from the University of Texas. Prior to their current role, Susannah led process engineering at Samsung Austin Semiconductor and worked as a Quality Control Analyst and Engineering Mechanic in the military. Recognized for defect reduction in finfet process recipes, Susannah has experience across multiple technology nodes ranging from 14 nm to 65 nm.
