Tim Franklin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership roles within the semiconductor and LED industries. Currently serving as Managing Director of Etch Engineering at Applied Materials since July 2016, Tim has previously held significant positions such as Sr. Director of Engineering at Intermolecular and Director of Engineering for the LED division within the same organization. Earlier experience includes leading engineering efforts at Siorah, Inc., which was acquired by Intermolecular, and holding the role of Sr. Director of Engineering at Solyndra.
