Tim Lin

Tim Lin is a seasoned professional with a Master’s degree in Construction Management from National Cheng Kung University and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from The University of Reading. Tim served as the Director of Global Workplace and Infrastructure for Applied Materials in Taiwan and South Korea, where they managed a diverse real estate portfolio and led strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals. Prior to this role, Tim held several positions at IBM, including Manager of Taiwan Real Estate Strategy and Operation, focusing on corporate real estate and data center project deliveries. Tim also contributed to HSBC as a Real Estate Specialist, developing strategies for branch expansion and property consolidation.
