Venkat Kode is an experienced Senior Engineer currently serving as a Staff Mechanical Engineer MTS at Applied Materials. With a robust background in the Semiconductor, Metrology, and Automation industries, Venkat has developed a diverse set of skills including optical and capacitive sensor characterization, design, and automation. Venkat previously held positions at KLA-Tencor and ARM Automation, where they contributed to advanced mechanical designs, including robotics and precision systems. Venkat holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Robotics from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, as well as a graduate certificate in Systems Engineering from Stanford University.
