Vis Siva

Vis Siva has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Vis started their career at Applied Materials in 1989 and held various roles in engineering and technology until 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they served as the Director of Engineering for the Dielectric Systems Group. Vis then held the position of Sr. Director Key Accounts Technology from 2004 to 2007 and CTO for Dielectric Systems and CMP division from 2007 to 2008. Siva then joined Crystal Solar in 2008 as the EVP of Engineering and worked there until 2017. Vis rejoined Applied Materials in 2017 as the Managing Director until 2021, when they were promoted to the role of VP and Head of Engineering.

Vis Siva completed their B.Tech degree in Metallurgy at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 1981 to 1985. Vis pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from Arizona State University between 1987 and 1989.
