Wenguang Li

Wenguang Li is a seasoned engineer and scientist with extensive experience in materials evaluation, process development, and advanced packaging. Early career experience includes a research associate role at Los Alamos National Laboratory, focusing on electrochemical actuators, biological sensing, and nanomaterials. Subsequent positions include Senior Materials Scientist at Agiltron, Inc., where transparent conductive coatings were developed, followed by a Senior Scientist role at DSM, contributing to product developments in automotive, aerospace, and packaging industries. Wenguang Li served as a Staff Engineer and Project Lead at Qualcomm MEMS, dominating new materials evaluation for MEMS packaging, and currently holds the position of MTS Engineer and Module Lead at Applied Materials, where efforts are centered on enhancing materials, processes, and equipment for advanced packaging. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Los Alamos National Laboratory and a Ph.D. in Polymer/Material Science from the University of Rhode Island and Los Alamos National Lab.
