Yi Qi

Yi (Eason) Qi is a seasoned engineer and manager specializing in semiconductor process engineering. They have held key roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where they led the EPI process team, achieving significant improvements in throughput and device performance, and receiving multiple awards for their contributions. Currently serving as Director of EPI/ALD/FEP Process at Applied Materials, they are responsible for guiding technical consultancy and defining product roadmaps. Yi is also pursuing a Master's degree in Materials Science at Tsinghua University and a PhD at the University of Maryland.
