Ying Wang holds a PhD focusing on the treatment, nano-manipulation, and electrical characterization of 2D materials in ultrahigh vacuum. They served as a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore from 2014 to 2017 before joining GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a TD Senior Process Integration engineer from 2017 to 2020, where they developed 40nm-LP RF and mmW products for 5G and automotive applications. Currently, Ying is a Senior Integration Engineer and Product Development Manager at Applied Materials, specializing in C2W hybrid bonding technological development.
