Fred Butt is currently a Technical Program Manager at Applied Materials, where they drive continuous improvement and product development for the Applied Reflexion® LK Prime™ CMP system. Previously, Fred held several key roles at Applied Materials, including Sr. Site Operations Manager, where they managed the startup of the first customer Greenfield factory in North America, and Operations Manager, overseeing a team during the installation of a 300mm HVM factory. Fred earned an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Engineering with a focus on Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology.
