Mary Cheung is a freelance costume designer and design consultant with over three decades of experience in the industry. Since 1989, Mary has worked on a wide variety of projects, including print, television, music videos, theater, and film, showcasing expertise in all aspects of costume design, pattern making, and prototyping. Currently, Mary serves as the head of the costume department at Makeup Effects Laboratory and collaborates with engineers and scientists at Applied Minds to develop innovative costume prototypes. With a strong foundation in fashion design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Mary is dedicated to bringing stories to life through visually compelling costumes.
