Dave Ford is the Head of Convenience at Applied Nutrition, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as KAM at Matthew Clark and held the role of National Account Manager at Carlsberg UK from 1995 to 2009, where they had full P&L responsibility for northern pub group operators. From 2012 to 2025, they worked as SCDM at SHS Sales & Marketing, managing wholesale and retail accounts in the convenience sector. Dave earned a 2(1) Hons degree in Earth Science from the University of Leeds between 1990 and 1993.
